Network RPC, token development and smart contract examples depend on verified vNext capabilities. They are not interchangeable with the existing Sepolia economic application.

The existing Explorer exposes a public, bounded read interface. This command reads its network observation without signing or submitting a transaction. Current runtime properties must be distinguished from the vNext specification.
